They know full well that the average political forum is not for the faint-hearted. Cussing and insults happen, it's what everyone expects from a public forum. Also, the board was never "bad". And even if it was, it would be very difficult for visitors to glean from just a few looks at the politics board. If IMDB2 had been nothing but Politics (and the Soapbox), I would have never joined. But it was never just politics, so that's irrelevant. |
